In response to the above review:I would like to add that there are always two sides to every story. Our stylists are highly trained in consultations and providing our clients with honest professional advise. Our Salon has a reception at the front door with a sitting area and we use Redken Colour from Loreal, number one colouring brand in America. We are a Redken GOLD client, because we use all of their professional products right from the basin to homecare. I therefore can only imagine that the lady above is reviewing the wrong salon. We would never leave a client an hour to give a skin test. As this procedure takes minutes to do. I am sure this lady was given honest advise about the colour and a professional opinion, which prehaps she did not like? Why would we refuse to colour someones hair? The only reason we would refuse to do so, would be because we felt the desired look was not achievable with their hair type or if the hair condition was not up to a chemical process. Is this not better than going ahead with a service that could do more harm than good?We are also an ammonia free salon using chromatics tint only, which is also proven to strengthen hair whilst colouring. Therefore in response to the review, we're a salon that will not rush into a service without being 100% honest and doing whats best for our clients.We offer treatments for trichology clients (scalp & hair problems), and have many clients that would be keen to share their positive experiences at Sabrina & co. Free consulations always available, if you want honest caring advice. I must also add, that the client that left the review never made an official complaint to myself the Manager. So I am unable to comment directly on her experience, but have 100% confidence in my stylists to assume that the situation was dealt with in a professional manner.
AVOID!!I went here to get highlights and a hair cut. I have been highlighting my hair for more than 10 years now and for the first time Sabrina's salon was unable to find any strength of colour that would show up on my hair even using bleach.There is no phone reception in this place and they kept me waiting for an hour while they did a patch test. I can only assume they must be using poorer quality products than other local competitors as I have never had this problem before. I will be going back to my local hairdresser, Browns whom i would highly recommend on the high street.
