I was excited about ordering a Disney princesses personalized book for my nieces as a Christmas gift, as they are in the phase of loving anything with princesses. I placed my order on 12/3/2018, and received an email upon ordering that the books would arrrive some time between 12/17-12/19. This would have been perfect, as I was flying out of state 12/21 to spend the holidays with my family and nieces. When I still had not received my books 12/20, I emailed to inquire. It was then that I learned the books would actually not be arriving until 12/22!!! The company did not bother to notify me beforehand that they would be arriving later than had been planned, or else I would have paid more for expedited shipping or tried to reroute them to my nieces directly. The excuse I was given was that due to all the orders from Black Friday and cyber week, things were delayed. However, my order was about a week after cyber week--and thus most of the orders would have been known, and I should have been given a more accurate ship date. And most companies that value their customers would at least notify of the delay beyond the initial delivery date, or else would upgrade the shipping of the product in order to meet the initial delivery date.I am most disappointed and dissatisfied and will not be ordering from them again. Not only will my nieces not be opening theses gifts for Christmas as I had planned, but I will then need to ship the books to them seaparately, or wait to bring them personally the next time I come to visit. Poor customer service, bad company to deal with.
