Booked a test drive with a sales executive for 230pm on a Saturday. Arrived 10mins early and let person at reception know who I was seeing and why I was there. Had a look around. Had a coffee. At 240, I asked how the sales person was getting on - Theyll be free in the next few minutes. At 245pm I had to leave as otherwise I was going to be late for another commitment. So having arrived quite excited about the prospect of trying and buying a new car, I left having spoken to no-one and unlikely to go back. Which is a shame as the last place I bought a car from is where Ive also had it serviced and repaired for 6 years. Maybe Harpenden car dealers can afford to ignore potential first time customers. Nice for them, I guess. Waste of my time travelling there and back on a Saturday afternoon though...
Nice, friendly Kia dealers. Pleasant showroom, good stock of new and used vehicles. Car parking difficult due to renovation work.
Not a very helpful dealership. customer service not a good standard. Kia cars are a good brand.but this dealership lets them down.
