Very pleased with my visit to Harpenden Mill Autocare today. Managed to see me short notice for an MOT and everything including replacing some parts was completed in a hour. Staff are very friendly and professional and showed/explained exactly what was wrong. First time visiting and I will definitely be returning!
I would highly recommend these guys. I phoned up at 6.45 this evening as my exhaust bracket had broken on my way home from work. I was expecting to leave a message but Ben answered and after asking if it would be possible for them to fix it tomorrow morning so I could be at an important appointment in Hemel at 9am Ben called me back and asked if I could bring it down straight away. Within minutes of me arriving the car was on the ramp (they had to move other cars off first) and Mano said it needed welding which he did immediately. I was offered a drink while I waited in the clean waiting room and both Ben and Mano were friendly and really helpful. Ben told me he could hear on the phone how stressed I was and wanted to help. By 7.30 the work had been done, less than 45 minutes since my original phone call and out of hours. Ben didn't charge me for the work, which was amazing since I had inconvenienced them. They are amazing, true gentlemen and my saviours this evening. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who will listen and using them in the future.
