I've been dealing with these folk now for more years than I care to remember - in itself, a good indication of the regard that I have for the service they provide. In all that time there has never been an occasion when I've not been impressed by their care and attention - this is whether replacing old equipment (taking advantage of the really good offers that they come up with), sorting out glitches, and / or the servicing.
Internet Explorer was not working properly on my desktop computer. Steve took remote control. From his long experience he soon identified the bank security software causing the problem and we decided to uninstall it as it was from a bank account I had closed. Steve uninstalled the software, and tested Internet Explorer to ensure it was working. It has now been working very well for several weeks. I was happy to pay the charge for half an hour of Steve's time. Steve and Elliott at Tech Angels have been maintaining our computers for over 10 years, and we value their expertise.
