Awful!!! I was going there for a while but wont be going there anymore!The hairdressers dont stay there for long.... i used to go every 8 weeks and almost every time there will be some one new doing your hair as the hairdresser that did your hair last time, has already left!They are rough - comb over ears or pull hair really hard! I had to remind a few times the arrogant manager to be more gentle!Washing hair - always in the rush, washing with hot water and water sprinkles over the face! Dont wear makeup when you go there!They damaged my hair so badly by using very strong peroxide or whatever they use that now i have to leave my natural hair to grow before I can dye again!
Excellent servies very happy with the staff. A lady called Parris did a brilliant job and making sure I was looked after. My hair feels and looks amazing couldn't asked for any better. Defiantly will come back. Thank you so much :-)

An awful experienced I will strongly not recommend this salon! They did a disastrous job with colouring, the worst haircut I ever had and a terrible blow dry ! I told them it was still wet all by the roots to be told it was only a cold feeling as the front door was open ! And all this terrible experience after waisting 67 and 4 hours of my time .... never again ! .... a pity I didnt ask around as Im getting really bad comments from friends so not the only one!
