These people are disgusting. I couldn't understand his accent very well so i politely asked him to repeat himself a few times, he then asked me if I'm "alright in the head" whilst pointing at his head and started aggressively shouting. Utterly disgusting way to treat customers. The shop is also filthy and run down.If the owners of this shop are reading this, I have taken this complaint to the Post Office customer care team and will not stop until my complaints are heard. I am uttely appalled.
Pretty awful, they moan every time you drop off a pre paid parcel - giving a lecture about how they don't make any money from it and if you don't buy postage from them, then you're not supporting local trade. Usually quite reluctant to give proof of postage, making it seem like you're a huge inconvenience. Got into a debate about whether I was 'local' because I have a Luton address. Was told to go elsewhere and it was implied that I was stupid not to understand the inner workings of running a post office. If supporting local trade means putting up with rudeness and being made to feel undervalued, then it'll be no surprise if they went bust. I'd get less hostility from a mainstream branch, and at least a smile and maybe even a 'good morning' ...Definitely avoid.
