I had the previous company at this site (Country Properties) manage my property. They didn't do a good job.. the last tenant rewired the electrics in the garage (which would have invalidated the insurange), put a screw in the fuse box instead of a proper fuse, broke many items including the Garage door.. generally took no care of the place. Country Properties then told me "Inspections we're walk troughs" If The Land Office has any of the previous staff then please be warned.
Consistently not calling back with requested information. Not helpful when a large part of supporting property sales and rentals is based around prompt and reliable communication and information.
