Arranged for them to come and see me on Saturday at 11am for a quote. Waiting until 11:10am and called to see if he was still coming. Answers the phone and clearly had no idea that he had made a commitment. I said I had been waiting he said well I was with another customer and Im coming now be with you in half an hour. I said it would have been nice to have let me know that you were going to be late. He then says, well I had another customer quote I repeated what I said previously, he then said, well get someone else and then hung up the phone. What an attitude!! Reliability and credibility in serious question for me.
