Hope it goes well!
Although Harpenden needs more school places this is the wrong location. The infrastructure, particularly the roads, will be unable to cope. It would cause chaos and be an accident waiting to happen. People that cannot see this call those who can NIMBYs!A far better location would have been the site of Charlie's Restaurant that has been redeveloped as luxury housing.
