I was so impressed with Lucys efficiency, preparation and delivery which in my view could not be improved in any way; each session was packed with demonstrations, plenty of practice, patient tuition and beautifully presented course notes. Not to mention the yummy homemade cakes and coffee. Lucys patience with us beginners and detailed delivery of each session is to be commended and I am certainly hooked.
