Pleasant small commuter town in my youth with a wide selection of shops, an outdoor swimming pool and a cinema. Sadly both the latter have gone and there are too many coffee shops, charity shops, dress shops and hairdressers. Worth a visit - just be wary of erratically driven 4x4s!
A very nice little Train station. Very clean and tidy with no litter anywhere to be seen inside or outside the station. Nice indoor seating areas for waiting for the train. The building is very nice.
Good station but car park can be very busy
Parking, safe and clean so easy access to train.
