Hazel planned a road trip for us along the Californian coast. From start to finish she made life easy, I thought it would be involved asking someone to plan our trip but I couldn't have been more wrong. Hazel really listened and understood what we were looking for and found us some amazing hotels which we would never have found had it not been for her suggestions. Not only did she take care of our flights, hotels and car hire but advised us about trips, in fact, we took her advice about pre-booking tickets for Alcatraz and were glad that we did as it was extremely popular. I had never used a travel agent before and I must confess I was slightly apprehensive but I was very glad to be proved wrong. We will definitely be using Explore Abroad again.
