Small little pub with the ambience being like a cafe than a pub. Food was nice and the staff were friendly.

A nice friendly place to enjoy a drink and some well cooked food. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Its a very popular choice and can get busy, but is worth the effort. Situated in a rural setting, with outside seating area, this is certainly worth a visit for Sunday lunch.
Worked here as a trainee chef but the owner didn't teach me anything and always worked my hardest and as fast as I could and he would always have a go at me for no reason. If I'm being honest the owner shouldn't be the owner as he doesn't know how to run a business and he keeps having a go at his staff when his staff should come first but he just wants the money. I worked 5 days straight 10-12 hours shifts each day and I asked for a day off as by law I was supposed to have 2 days off as I was 16 but when I asked for a day off I got fired and when i asked for a reason he said I didn't work hard enough yet I worked 5 days straight doing 10 to 12 hours. The owner also brings his personal life involved with his work life which you shouldn't but the pub is nice
Nice place, service was good but food was ok . We had the burgers which were nice but I had asked for one of them to be well made and it was not . And then we had desert and the brownie was dry. Had the michelada and that was really nice.
