Very good gym. Staff are knowledgeable. Not busy as limited members. Expensive but do get what you pay for here. Brand new equipment but due to size a little limited but enough to reach your goals
Amazing staff, great equipment, incredible support all year round. I've been a member from when they opened in March 17 and it's been amazing. I joined as they help you keep on goal with monthly PT sessions and weigh ins. They have this amazing machine which accurately measures body fat and muscle. With that, I have stayed around the same weight but lost 5% body fat. An incredible encouragement from a continual supporting network of staff.Worth every penny, especially those looking to get fit who work in harpenden. I go during my lunch breaks when it is very quiet and staff are most available. An amazing team!
Fantastic gym great staff who know what they are talking about. The equipment is amazing. But more importantly you're not a number, you get a personal plan and together you work towards your goals.
