Called at 8.30 this morning to try and get an emergency appointment as composite bonding came off over the weekend chipping a tooth. After calling a few times with no answer got through to reception, didnt catch her name but an Irish woman who just answered yes. I had to ask if Id got through to Bowers Way dental. Rudely told they dont answer before 9am - they should probably change their website and voicemail. When asked if there was any urgent appointments available was rudely asked if I realised appointments can take weeks. Will be going to Harpenden Smiles instead, receptionist was lovely and have an appointment there this afternoon. A shame as dentists there have been good but receptionist was extremely rude.
Great dentist and fantastic hygienist. Been a couple of times and both occasions I was seen on time, they couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and thorough with the service they provided.
Warm and friendly receptionist, helpful and efficient dental hygienist and my dentist, Abdul, is thorough and friendly. All the family have been using them for years and we wouldn't swap!
Absolute shoddy service...everyone I go I keep getting a huge list of things that need doing, go for second opinion and nothing needs doing. Always feel like I'm being robbed. Very very poor service.
Great service both from the dentist and the receptionist. My injection did not hurt and I'm very happy with the whole procedure. Would recommend!
