After putting off my check up for so long I went to see Nick Powrie after being assured by a lovely receptionist when I made the appointment. Nick was great I had no need to be nervous he put me at ease instantly I won't hesitate to go back and I won't be so nervous! ...thank you Nick!
Having a terrible phobia of dentists and not having visited one for approx 20 years I broke a tooth. From first contact through the treatment all of the staff made me feel as reassured as possible. I am now able to attend regular check ups and have further treatment something I never thought possible. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
A very professional and friendly service at Wayside Dental Practice. I saw Becky for my Hygenist appointment - which was excellent. Becky takes the time to explain in detail what she is doing and the improvements you need to make to your brushing technique to ensure clean, healthy teeth. Then I saw Graham for a dentist check up, his friendly and calm approach made me feel at ease. Both appointments were on time which meant I didn't have to wait around. Highly recommend.
I saw Dr Sheena Patel. She was extremely thorough and friendly as well as being an utmost professional. She treated me with excellent care and carefully explained each process that she was undertaking. At the end of the appointment, she provided me with fantastic guidance on how to maintain dental hygiene. I was very pleased with her service and would recommend her to all.
Wayside Dental Practice is absolutely amazing, their level of professionalism are excellent.The Reception team are very friendly, polite and helpful.I strong recommend Anita Burrows to anyone, she is the BEST Hygienist I ever have, I followed Anita from another Dental Practice. She is extremely professional and an expertise on this field. You feel very comfortable with her and she does teach us how to clean properly our teeth and explain us the importance of keeping it as clean as possible.The first time I met her I had so many troubles with my gums and all was due to my lack of knowledge of how to clean my teeth properly and to frequently visit a hygienist.She does recommend us to visit a hygienist at least every 6 month, but in my case She suggests every 4 months and I totally agreed with her.It does worth to be treat by her, and please do have an electric tooth brush that does make a huge difference when brushing our teeth and do follow Anita's instructions, she is the VERY BEST!
